Product Engineer

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-To be responsible for yield performance to drive leading edge process/device development and optimization of LOGIC/MONOS devices.

-Yield, Product grade and Quality improvement, as well as Process and Device enhancement.

Required Qualifications

-Minimum Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

-Exhibit good and open communication skills, be able to work within cross-functional teams.

-Japanese- Must to have Conversational Level. -English- Entry level English is preferred. We welcome candidates who have willingness of learning English.
