Total Reward Specialist
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Plan and Implement total reward policies, procedures and solutions.
- Work closely with Total Reward team in HQ to implement corporate Compensation and Benefit, related projects and initiatives.
(Scope of change)
- There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education requirement – BCH degree or above.
- 3 years above of Compensation and Benefit related experience or engage with Compensation and Benefit implementation as HR Generalist.
- Business level of Japanese or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application including intermediate Excel skills.
- Possess knowledge of compensation planning, benefit, time & attendance systems, Japan legal requirement/ regulation and payroll regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in localization of Compensation and Benefit and mobility practice is preferred
- English or Mandarin is a plus.
