ISEP(Industrial Safety & Environmental Protection Engineer)
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and continuously improve an ISO 14001 Environmental Protection Management System and an ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system.
- Establish the ESH culture at the JASM Fab, enhance the Fab’s ESH program, and ensure the Fab is in full compliance with all applicable ESH regulation and requirements.
- Provide technical, regulatory and process guidance to address emerging ESH issues.
- Develop a Contractor ESH management program.
- Facilitate ESH training in order to enhance ESH awareness for employees and contractors
- Conduct Job Hazard Assessments, perform workplace evaluations, implement corrective ESH actions, review new Fab processes for ESH compliance , evaluate new TSMC machinery, and inspect waste management status.
- Communicate inspection results and associated recommendations.
- Organize and facilitate Fab site Safety Committee activities.
- Demonstrate the TSMC JASMESH performance index to all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with the Facility Department to continually lower the impact of the Fab on the environment.
- New fab construction safety patrol and vendors management

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science¸ or Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Relevant EHS experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Be able to effectively work independently and as a team player to resolve FAB ESH issues.
- Knowledge of current safety and loss control practices is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- With construction safety management experience is better.
- Good communication skills.
- Japanese, English , Chinese is plus.

1.Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
