Account Manager (6226)

Job Description: Identify and fulfill TSMC customers’ semiconductor technology needs including wafer and backend services. Specific duties include: Set semiconductor manufacturing account strategy and lead cross-functional teams to ensure execution, applying thorough knowledge in semiconductor technology, design, process, and operations, and utilizing the experience of working with Fab Process Integration, Product Engineering or Customer Manager; Manage demand forecast and planning, drive order fulfillment and delivery as well as feedback on market conditions; Develop pricing and provide quotes to close sales and drive revenue and profitability; Strengthen customer relationship and execute sales strategies; Lead and influence cross-functional teams in different locations; Drive customer satisfaction by responding to issues and escalations in a timely manner.

 

Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field of study, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Foundry Management position in the semiconductor industry.

Work experience must have included: Experience in IC manufacturing from technology development to mass production, including collaboration with R&D and Fab to enable process flow & device integration, new product tapeout handling, and process and device window characterization; Experience in managing NTO (new tape out) from design phase to mask manufacturing; Experience in new bump/packaging engagement for product and process envelope, process flow characterization, and logistics flow and qualification plan; Experience handling customer events, including natural disasters, major power outages, and process excursions.

Salary Range:  $103,397 to $177,300/year.

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $103,397 - $177,300/year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.  TSMC’s total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, allowances, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
