Job Title: Account Specialist

 

Job Descriptions: Responsible for managing current business and relationships as well as to develop plans and strategies for sales growth. Execute sales plans to generate sustainable growth and drive customer satisfaction. Process management from customer engagement, engineering projects, tape-out, initial ramp to production, and responding to issues and escalations timely. Coordinate with various TSMC departments to resolve problems and meet customers’ needs in development and production to win customer satisfaction. Drive demand creation and fulfillment, including demand forecast and order fulfillment. Perform market and cost analyses to help customers, and TSMC selects cost-effective solutions and technology. Develop all levels of customer relationships to leverage influencing and leadership skills to secure support within TSMC. Foster one-team spirit and influence cross-functional teams in different time zones and locations.

 

Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Nanoengineering, Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field of study, and two (2) years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing design, process and operations.

 

Work experience or academic background must have included: Thorough knowledge of semiconductor technology, process, and operations; experience working with fab process integration and customer management; Experience in developing strong relationships with customers to understand the requirements and meet customer’s requests. Domestic and international travel required up 10% in a year.

Salary Range:  $119,392 /year to $163,000 /year.

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $119,392 /year to $163,000 /year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.  TSMC’s total compensation package consists of market competitive pay, allowances, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
