Who We're Looking For

This position will provide exposure to multiple engineering disciplines - electrical, mechanical, and chemical – and their use in industrial applications within the Etch equipment department. Interns will be provided a mentor to guide activities ranging from equipment operation, equipment maintenance, equipment parts Jig design, process and monitor theory. The internship will consist of system enhancement projects relating to production line efficiency improvement, monitor time reduction by operational or technical solution. Looking for applicant who enjoys working hands on to improve existing mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements:

• Completion of sophomore year of college in a related degree program

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25

• Ability to work in the United States on a long-term basis

• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) on-site at our Cama, WA location, from:

  • Semester system: May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025

  • Quarter system: June 23rd, 2025 - September 12th, 2025

• Good problem-solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting wage typically ranges between $23.00  and $27.00  per hour.
