Who We're Looking For

Facilities HPM (hazardous production materials) is looking for an intern to solve some long-standing problems that haven't been addressed. The primary one is a method of tracking when batches of chemical reach tools and correlating that with chemical analysis data. We are also looking to improve our CMP supply system drain function and verification of our PN2 supply system. The role will require a high degree of attention to detail and strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in either chemical or mechanical engineering, and a keen interest in the facilities of a semiconductor manufacturer. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of sophomore year of college in a related degree program

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25

  • Ability to work in the United States on a long-term basis

  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) on-site at our Cama, WA location, from:

    • Semester system: May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025

    • Quarter system: June 23rd, 2025 - September 12th, 2025

  • Good problem-solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting wage typically ranges between $23.00  and $27.00  per hour.
