The internship for the Facilities Mechanical and Process groups will offer the candidate the opportunity to experience a wide variety of experiences in the real-life day-to-day job of an engineer. We are looking for a mechanically inclined engineering student looking to work on industrial equipment and systems related to overall facilities maintenance and operations, with a focus on HVAC and Wastewater Treatment.
Who We're Looking For
This is a hands-on position, and time will be split between desk work and working on equipment in the facility with other system engineers and technicians. Each project that has been selected for completion will expose a different aspect of the continuous improvement process that we go through every year to improve productivity, improve safety, and reduce mistakes. You will work with both the Mechanical and Process teams to work on hands-on type projects as well as develop some procedures to assist in the assembly, installation, and troubleshooting of new projects that are going through implementation.
Requirements:
- Completion of sophomore year of college in a related degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25

Ability to work in the United States on a long-term basis

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation
At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting wage typically ranges between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour.
