Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist in the development and fine-tuning of our HR process and practices. As a Human Resources intern, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.
Key Objectives:

Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis related to HR projects and initiatives.

Collaborate with other HR professionals and departments to ensure project success.

Provide support for HR events and activities, such as intern engagement events and employee engagement events.

Work on special projects when needed.
Requirements

Completion of sophomore year of college in a in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25

Ability to work in the United States on a long-term basis

Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) on-site at our Cama, WA location, from:

Semester system: May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025

Quarter system: June 23rd, 2025 - September 12th, 2025

Good problem-solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
-
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Pay Transparency & Other Compensation
At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting wage typically ranges between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour.
