Who We're Looking For

This position will provide exposure to multiple semiconductor manufacture equipment knowledge especially Track and Metrology tools which is the core of lithography process and film/defect measurement and their use in industrial applications within the photolithography equipment department. Interns will be provided a mentor to guide activities ranging from equipment upgrading, design and fabrication of custom parts. The internship will consist system enhancement projects relating to tool system upgrade, tool defense improvement with new prototype design. Looking for applicant who enjoys working hands on to improve existing mechanical and electrical systems. Prefer experience or interest in Programming, 3D CAD modeling and Electrical systems.

Requirements:

• Completion of sophomore year of college in a related degree program

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25

• Ability to work in the United States on a long-term basis

• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) on-site at our Cama, WA location, from:

  • Semester system: May 19th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025

  • Quarter system: June 23rd, 2025 - September 12th, 2025

• Good problem-solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting wage typically ranges between $23.00  and $27.00  per hour.
