Document Control Specialist

We are currently seeking Document Control specialist. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, collaborative, and motivated to support documentation processes and organizational goals.

While this position is scheduled to work core business hours, Monday-Friday, there may be times when additional hours are necessary.

 

 Responsibilities include: 

  •  Process/update/maintain internal documentation including forms per requirements defined
  • Support internal customers with change management process, document modification and management
  • Coach internal customers on document maintenance and prevention of errors
  • Update document control tables, database(s) and information in SharePoint site to manage document system
  • Arrange internal/external/hard copy document distribution per PIP requirements.
  • Prepare routine reporting of document center. Escalate abnormal delays, recovery and prevention.
  • Support record storage, destruction review and analysis activities per established requirements
  • Participate in improvement activities and support annual CIT competition event activities.

Work Location & Schedule: 

 

This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; however, there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation

 

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $19.76 and $23.74 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $19.76 -$25.74  per hour, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
