Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with vendors, Equipment Engineers, Equipment Technicians and other tool owners to improve the overall area/ tool performance.
- Performing basic tool maintenance and repairs according to equipment operating instructions
- Providing accurate and detailed information for equipment logs, repair data, and tool status, at shift pass down
- Certification on tools
- Supporting the Thin Film - PVD area with other Miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment.

Work Location & Schedule:
On-site at Camas, Washington, Monday–Friday. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation:
At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $27.30 and $36.29 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $27.30 - $39.30 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
