Who We're Looking For:

This role requires a highly capable individual to lead and manage the team responsible for operational resource planning, including capacity, capital expenditures (CapEx), and headcount. This involves performing checks on capacity and operational resources, such as tool utilization, and reviewing cost performance.   


Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Capacity & Operations Resource Planning: Optimize capacity, drive productivity improvements, and strategically allocate operational resources to fulfill customer orders.
  • Performance Review & Cost Analysis: Establish operational resource targets, conduct performance reviews, and perform cost analysis to identify root causes of underperformance and propose actionable improvements. 

 

Minimum requirement:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.

  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of IC processes and logistics flow, and proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel VBA, Power BI). 
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and headquarters.

  • Available for weekend duty and off-hours support.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

  • 5+ years of relatable experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for long periods of time, and occasional standing/walking.

  • Reaching, forward bending while standing, squatting, is rarely required.

  • Carrying up to 10 lbs is rarely required.

Work Location & Schedule: 

This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; however, there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation:

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $127,715 and $184,939 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $127,715 - $204,015 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.

* This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.

* This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
