Who We're Looking For:

TSMC Washington is where you see people in action developing and sustaining technology leadership, manufacturing excellence, and customer collaboration. Product Engineer position is responsible for product yield enhancement duties, providing technical support to customers, and working cross functionally with other departments. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in device physics and CMOS process, demonstrate excellent teamwork, and utilize strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

•          Lead yield improvement projects through collaboration with Fab Process Integration and Modules.
•          Identify failure models and mechanisms using statistical data analysis, electrical, and physical failure analysis to increase yield and stability.
•          Utilize semiconductor device and process knowledge, along with basic circuit/layout expertise, to expand the process window.
•          Provide our customers with in-depth technical and manufacturing support
•          Collaborating with customers to ramp up their products on time and achieve one-time success.

Requirements:

•          BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineer, Physics, Material Science or related engineering field
•          5 years’ experience in CMOS device physics and process integration is preferred
•          Understand fundamental circuit design principles and applications
•          Able to work under pressure and focus on multiple projects simultaneously
•          Work with strong attention to detail
•          Be highly motivate employee and drive for solutions

Work Location & Schedule:

This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; however, there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation:

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $102,314 and $148,354per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $102,314 - $163,702 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.

* This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.

* This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
