Who We're Looking For:
At TSMC Washington a Benefits Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our employee benefits programs. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for providing exceptional support to our employees. The Benefits Analyst will work closely with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure our benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our company values and objectives.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Analyze and evaluate existing benefit programs to ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for plan design improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage benefits budgets and forecast future costs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues, providing clear and informative responses.
- Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communications, presentations, and enrollment system updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits data in HRIS and other relevant systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments and locations throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, primarily while working at a desk, with occasional movement around the facility.

Work Location & Schedule:
This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; however, there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation
At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $78,000 and $102,904 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $78,000 - $112,260, depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
* This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.
* This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
