Sr. Manufacturing Quality & Reliability Engineer

Seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Quality and Reliability engineer who can continue to enhance SPC management, strive to align with headquarter SPC standard. Support fab audit and change management; Evaluate product and process reliability performance. The ideal candidates possess practical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor device physics, and quality tools.

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Work with TSMC headquarter to align SPC standard. Publish SPC performance and drive improvement activities.
  • Support lead auditor to perform fab audit to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Review process change and enhance the engineering change quality to ensure the change risk is manageable.
  • Coordinate technology, product, and process qualification activities. Publish qualification report and provide reliability assessment by request.
  • Coordinate CIT (Continuous Improvement Teams) event activities

 

Requirements:  

  • M.S. in engineering or +4 years in semiconductor manufacturing industry experience
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint).  Microsoft Access, Eccel VBA, SharePoint system experience is a plus.
  • Basic semiconductor device physic knowledge
  • Self-starter and able to work in a team environment
  • Problem solving skills

Work Location & Schedule: 

This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; however, there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $88,672.00 and $121,923.00 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $88,672.00 - $133,008.00 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.

 

* This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.

* This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
