Responsibilities included:
- Communication and coordination with HQ counterpart in TSMC Taiwan.
- Basic knowledge in photolithography process and understand of mask operations
- Sustain daily photo process production operation which includes but is not limited to
- Trouble shooting basic tool issues and making decision based on effective data analysis
- Process monitors for SPC trends and provide support for abnormal events
- Ongoing defect. /yield improvement cases
- New process development and transferring or new product/technologies and BKM from HQ
- New process qualification and tool release
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or PHD in an engineering and scientific field such as Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a similar field.
- Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
- Hands-on participation in fab manufacturing environment is an add.
- Semiconductor experience in engineering is an add.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, mostly while working at a desk, with occasional movement around the facility.
- Frequent use of a computer, which involves looking at screens for extended durations.
- Occasionally required to carry items weighing up to 12 pounds.
Work Location & Schedule:
On-site at Camas, Washington, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Additional hours may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary and position placement will be determined based on an individual’s education, experience, and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidates will be assigned to the appropriate job level, with the corresponding salary range:
• Entry Level: $83,130 – $110,840 per year.
• Senior Level: $88,672 – $133,008 per year.
• Principal Level: $102,314 – $163,702 per year.
TSMC's total compensation package also includes profit sharing and incentive bonuses, tuition assistance, and accrue 120 hours of paid time off annually their first year.
