Dedicated Occupational Doctor
Responsibilities
- Conduct employee consultations (long hours, high stress, leave of absence,, and post-medical exam follow-ups) and write medical opinions.
- Conduct workplace patrols and attend Safety and Health Committee meetings.
- Review health check results and make work-fitness decisions.
- Oversee stress checks, analyze collective data, and propose solutions.
- Develop health management rules/standards and conduct benchmarking.
- Aggregate, analyze, and present health data to management
- Participate in internal meetings and support audits.
Requirements
- Required: 3+ years of experience as a dedicated (full-time) occupational doctor is preferred. (Experience as a part-time/contracted OD is negotiable).
- Preferred: Ability to perform duties in English or Chinese.
Conditions
- Title: Dedicated Occupational Doctor (専属産業医)
- Employment Status: Contract (12-month renewable)
- Work Days: 4–5 days per week (Mon–Fri, negotiable)
