EES (ENG Excellence Section) Engineer
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
Role: Responsible for ENG system sponsor
- Responsible for tool defense system management, and use big data from tool settings and sensor data (FDC, EC, etc.) to identify the root causes and establish improvement targets.
- Collaborate with the system development team to implement innovative or improved methods to Fab users, also plays an important role as a bridge between users and the system development team, assisting in finding system opportunity, defining requirements and continuously improving system experiences.
- Cross-team cooperation to manage project progress and goal-oriented to deliver achievements

Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese and Chinese
- Strong attempt to learn fab operation flow, familiar with project management and data analysis abilities (ex: SQL, Python, Power BI)
- Good communicate with people, and understand system development process and is capable to negotiate resources conflict
- Bachelor degree or above and major in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistic, Business and Management related fields are better.
- Language: Business level Japanese and Daily Conversational level English.

1. Good ability on communication with user and system developer.
2. Interesting in statistic, data handling and system problem solving.
Working Conditions
1. Location: (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Hours: 8:30~17:30
3. Holidays/Vacations: Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays / GW vacation, Year-end and New Year vacations *Follows the vacation regulations according to the company calendar
