HR Business Partner Specialist

Job Description

In this role, you will be able to see firsthand how the HR Business Partner (HRBP) at JASM helps align and transform an organization's people strategy into tangible business impact. 

  1. HR Support & Advisory: Be responsible for the assigned business unit(s) to provide HR support based on policies and procedures across various HR domains, including recruiting, staffing, employee benefits, employee communication, talent development, leadership development, and organizational development.
  2. HR Program Facilitation: Facilitate annual HR programs and activities (e.g., Promotion, Performance Review, and Headcount Management) to ensure execution is closely aligned with program purposes and objectives.
  3. HR Project Support: Support HRBP Managers or the HR Director on assigned HR projects to implement effective HR solutions. Key tasks include preparing project proposals, conducting data analysis, generating reports, and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Reporting & Monitoring: Maintain and monitor hiring progress, and generate reports to track KPIs and quality.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 level) both in speaking and writing, and business-level proficiency in either English or Mandarin.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to analyze and visualize data.
  3. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  4. Knowledge: General knowledge of labor/employment laws and HR practices.
  5. Experience: 3+ years of professional HR experience.
