HR_HR Generalist

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  1. As the person responsible for the company's annual personnel needs plan, decide on the annual personnel allocation for each department within the company.
  2. Responsible for turnover and LOA (Leave of Absence), including process optimization, process execution, conducting exit interviews, and creating TO (Turnover) reports.
  3. Clarify processes with stakeholders and ensure that these processes comply with rules and internal regulations, while also providing follow-up.
  4. Manage and analyze personnel data within the organization, providing effective recommendations for appointment decisions.
  5. Handle employee onboarding, probation period management, and other related processes.
  6. Responsible for the development, improvement, and implementation of various policy documents.

(Scope of change)

  • There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2 years above working experience
  • Be well-versed in Japanese labor laws and regulations regarding various long-term leaves.
  • Proficient in using computers and Office software (with strong skills in Excel and PPT) and possess data analysis capabilities.
  • Have strategic thinking skills, clear logic, planning and execution abilities, communication and coordination skills, and other competencies necessary for job performance.
  • Be patient, diligent, possess a research spirit, pursue root causes and missions, and be willing to embrace various business challenges and challenges in different fields.
  • Have strong curiosity and learning ability, be open-minded and logical, possess high stress tolerance, and be willing to accept new tasks/challenges.
  • Have clear personal goals and career plans, possess strong affinity, empathy, and professionalism, and demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willing to improve listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.


 

Working Conditions

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
