IT_iCC(Infrastructure Command Center) Engineer

Job Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

1. Handle system alarm and event with SOP
2. Need to communication with vendors/HQ(Taiwan) Infra engineers and team work for problem resolving
3. Support internal projects and continuous improvement tasks
4. Unix/Linux, database/storage, network system operation
5. Data center, server/network hardware and related infrastructure operation

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 高專/ BCH degree major in computer science or related engineering fields with basic IT knowledge and willing to learn
2. Need to work based on day/night shift to support 7x24 IT service
3. Can communicate in Japanese and Mandarin
4. Preferable with 2 years experience in Unix/Linux system operation
5. Preferable with network protocol, database, SAN storage concept
6. Preferable with data center and server/network hardware concept

Working Conditions
1.Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 　(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - Working Days & Hours - 3 day-on, 3 day-off shift (D-shift 7:20AM~7:20PM, N-shift 7:20PM~ Next day 7:20AM)
