JASM - ACCT_FP&A Analyst (6713)
The FP&A Analyst will shape financial health by partnering with Operations, Procurement, and R&D to drive profitability, support budgeting, and manage CapEx. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the annual planning process and manage short-term P&L forecasts in close collaboration with fab management
- Monitor monthly spending, deliver management reports, and translate variance analyses into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze wafer cost structures and partner with Operations to drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Leverage advanced data tools to automate and standardize financial reporting
- Serve as a trusted financial partner, translating data into actionable goals for frontline decision-makers
- Track CapEx and depreciation to support long-term investment decisions
(Scope of change) There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong foundational knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, or accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Business-level fluency in Chinese
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures
Working Conditions;
1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
