JASM -ACCT_Financial Forecast Specialist (6713)
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making across the function.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and provide recommendations for enhancing profitability.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to deliver reasonable financial forecasts and conduct valid simulations to support decision making.
- Deliver monthly report for executives with financial results and analysis, capex status and budget control.
- Collaborate with HQ FIN/ACCT team in Taiwan and Japan to support business and strategic initiatives.
(Scope of change)There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with minimum 3 years of related accounting experience

Knowledge of J-GAAP and IFRS

Ability to handle high volumes of work accurately and in a timely manner

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills and detail oriented

Effective communication and interpersonal skill, team player

To be able to responsibly complete tasks on time

PC skills (Excel, PPT, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
- Good in English and Chinese will be a plus
- Experienced in multinational company is preferred

- Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
