Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. (JASM) is a subsidiary established in Kumamoto Prefecture. TSMC is a majority shareholder of JASM, whereas Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Denso Corporation, and Toyota Motor Corporation are minority shareholders. JASM is TSMC's first manufacturing facility in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was established to meet the strong global demand for semiconductors. By supporting our customers with the highest standard of specialty semiconductor technologies, JASM works to promote innovation in all Japanese industrial sectors, including automotive and image sensors, and thereby contribute to the revitalization of the Japanese economy.
■Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
You will be responsible for general administrative tasks, primarily within supporting function such as the Human Resources department.
The specific department and assigned job will be determined based on the applicant's preferences, aptitude, and skills.
*An educational period, such as on-the-job training, will be provided to help you learn the necessary tasks.
1. Preparing materials using personal computers.
2. Compiling and analyzing survey data.
3. Ordering, maintaining, and managing office supplies; coordinating and communicating both internally and externally.
4. Inspecting and managing measuring equipment in the health management room.
5. Preparing for internal training sessions, including setting up venues.

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
■Minimum Qualifications
Individuals who have obtained a Accessibility certification (障がい者手帳)

■Preferred Qualifications
- Japanese proficiency at business level or higher.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Work experience with Microsoft Office.
- Smooth communication skills with employees.
■Working Condition
1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102
(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company

2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
*Depending on the situation, may be required to work shifts (including night shift), work on holidays In the future.
3. Term of employment: Fixed
- Contract renewal: Yes (To be determined based on work performance)
- Limited number of contract renewal: Yes (Maximum total contract period: 5 years)
4. Salary - \210,000~ / month
5. Benefit - Commuting allowance: Actual expenses (maximum 50,000 yen/month), Overtime Pay.
