JASM - CPO - Business Continuity Management Planner (6613)

Ensure that an adequate and effective risk management system is in place, to manage risks that could potentially affect the company in achieving its objectives and help safeguard assets, operations, reputation and stakeholders, while pursuing business goals and enhancing long-term value.To mitigate the operational impact of crisis events, risk management team implements pre-crisis risk assessment, response procedures and recovery plans. Exercises and drills are also conducted to validate emergency responses, crisis management, business continuity plans to enhance operational preparedness.

Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

1. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, implement risk management policies
2. Monitor risks and report any concerns to supervisors
3. Develop crisis management plans and lead the response during a crisis
4. Conduct emergency response drills for various risks and evaluate the effectiveness of those responses
5. Promote a risk awareness culture throughout the company
6. ESH tasks:

•  ESH Compliance Management

　　　・Data collection of Monthly Compliance Check

　　　・​​​​​​​Status check of alignment of ESH Regulation

• ISO 14001/45001 Management

　　　・Document creation and issue​​​​​​​

　　　・​​​​​​​Document revision and regular update

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum degree majoring in Engineering or Science or Business/Finance
• Japanese : FLUENT(NATIVE)
• English : BUSINESS

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of risk management related experience in manufacturing industries
• Having profession and knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and ESH (Environmental protection, Safety, Health)
• Adapts well to and initiates change in the organization and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment.
• Seeks ways to optimize risks in the organization as a competitive business advantage. Highly developed people management and communication skills, team player, change agent.
• Excellent project management skills, analytical and the ability to drive performance from all areas within the company. Recognized risk leader, who is a dynamic, proactive and decisive person

Working Conditions

1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
