The Corporate Affairs Section Manager will lead and manage the corporate affairs team, ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's goals. This role involves managing executive special assistance, coordinating external affairs with external and internal stakeholders including the development of ESG strategic directions with executive and initiatives management with smooth executions of stakeholders, etc.
【Roles and Responsibilities】
(Immediately after hiring)
- Executive Special Assistance:

- Provide strategic support to the executive team, managing special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives, other departments and/or HQ to ensure alignment and communication.
- Corporate Coordination:

- Oversee corporate affairs initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to promote organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing external relationships.
- Monitor and assess external issues that could impact the organization, providing strategic advice to the executive team.
- Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Utilize project management methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of corporate affairs initiatives.
- People Management:

- Lead and mentor a management support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

【Requirements】
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related major.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate and external affairs, ESG.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading complex projects.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and external communications strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across various organizations, including JASM functions and headquarters.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in using project management tools.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and influence policy development.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Fluent English/Japanese. Mandarin is a plus

【Working Conditions】
1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
3.
