JASM - CPO_Corporate Planning Organization Manager(6885)
【Roles and Responsibilities】
(Immediately after hiring)
The candidate will be placed under the CEO and president, providing support to the Fab Director in executing the strategic mission of the headquarters. As the key bridge between the headquarters and JASM, this role will be responsible for reporting the status of semiconductor fabrication to the headquarters, leading department or section, and managing core responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Deliver high-level insights to align production capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Manage short-term and long-term capacity, tools, cost, and CapEx planning activities.
- Identify and improve tool productivity and asset effectiveness.
- Find and drive cost improvement opportunities.
- Increase people productivity through innovative and systematic approach.
- Drive monthly output goals by optimizing bottleneck tool utilization.
- Optimize manufacturing cycles and improve delivery reliability.
- Ensure on-time delivery to customers by overseeing production status.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
【Minimum Qualifications】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored at Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Statistics, Computer Science, and Business Management or related fields are plus.
2. 10+ years of experience of which 5+ years in semiconductor industry and 3+ years of leadership experience.
3. Language: Fluent in both Japanese and English in speaking, listening and writing, and Mandarin is plus.
4. Demonstrated strong project management, strategic thinking, communication skills, and cross-organization collaboration in a fast-paced environment
5. Capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions.
6. Ability to work in a global environment and align with HQ’s corporate culture and values.
【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Dual background in both business and engineering is preferred.
2. Familiarity with semiconductor or related manufacturing processes.
3. Experience in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.
【Working Conditions】
1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
