JASM - Employee Services - Employee Services Specialist (4946)
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Responsible for transportation, canteen, company dormitory, general affairs management related vendor management.
- Responsible for plan and execute employees service project, include employee service system enhancement and development.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education requirement – Bachelor degree + in Business related field.
- Experience working in a project management and operations capacity.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
- More than 3 years of Employee Services/General Affairs/Human Resources related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience at manufacturing site of international companies is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
