JASM - Facility - Facility Project Team Engineer
Facility engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, repairing, updating, and improving the overall facilities of a fab, including buildings and facilities.
Specifically,provide operational management, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for facility equipment such as electricity,
air conditioning, gas chemistry, water, and security systems.
You will be responsible for tasks related to improving facility safety and efficiency.
Position Description:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Facilities Project Engineer to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing various facilities projects within a semiconductor plant, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality goals. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage and execute engineering projects related to semiconductor plant facilities.
Experience in at least two of the following areas is preferred: mechanical, gas chemical, pure water/wastewater, electrical, or civil engineering.
2.Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure projects achieve established objectives and milestones.
3.Maintain effective communication with suppliers and external departments to ensure accurate transmission of project progress information.
4.Prepare technical reports and project documentation, and report project progress to management.
Minimum Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic 2.engineering, or related fields.
3.Minimum of 1 year of experience in semiconductor plant facilities-related work.
4.Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
5.Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1.English- Entry level English is preferred. We welcome candidates who have willingness of learning English.
2.Project management experience.
3.Those who have taken foreman training and received a certificate of completion.
Working Conditions
1.Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - Working Days & Hours - Shift work - 8:30~17:30 (5~6 weeks), 0:00-9:00(1 week), 15:30-0:30(1 week)
