JASM - Facility - Mechanical Engineer ①
Facility engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, repairing, updating, and improving the overall facilities of a fab, including buildings and facilities.
Specifically,provide operational management, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for facility equipment such as electricity,
air conditioning, gas chemistry, water, and security systems.
You will be responsible for tasks related to improving facility safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
1. Responsible for planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of the semiconductor plant facility system.
2. Risk analysis of the supply quality of the factory system operation, resource and energy allocation and utilization, engineering safety and system improvement management.
3. Responsible for operation and maintenance of the plant facility system.
4. Responsible for cooperating with equipment, process, and other departments to maintain the quality and stability of the operation of factory system.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
1. KOSEN(Senkoka) degree or Bachelor above.
2. Engineering background is preferred.
3. Expertise in mechanics, control, environmental engineering, and other science and engineering backgrounds.
4. Japanese- Must to have Conversational Level.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Having license as followingis a huge plus, e.g., 公害防止主任管理者(大気1種 or 3種), 公害防止管理者(大気1種 or 3種), 放射線取扱主任者, 有機溶劑作業主任者, 放射線業務に係る労働衛生教育, andボイラー取扱作業主任者).
2. English- Entry level English is preferred. We welcome candidates who have willingness of learning English.
3. Good communication skills, teamwork capability, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
4. Proactive working attitude with high integrity, and continuous innovation in daily operations.

Working Conditions
1.Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - Shift work - 8:30~17:30 (5~6 weeks), 0:00-9:00(1 week), 15:30-0:30(1 week)
