JASM - Finance - Cash Management Specialist (5340)

Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

The candidate will be responsible for cash management under the finance director/manager with responsibilities including:

• [Cash Management / Primary Duties]  

  • Analyze cash flow performance, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Propose procurement plans and provide recommendations to management.
  • Handle general cash management operations.

  [Insurance Operations / Based on aptitude]  

  • Execute and support non-life insurance/property and casualty insurance operations (e.g., renewal procedures, preparing necessary information, etc.).
  • Participate in special projects and collaborate with relevant teams.

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

• Personality & Mindset: Honest/genuine personality with a strong desire for self-improvement and growth (with a strong emphasis on potential).
• Ownership: A strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations (experience in cash management and insurance operations is highly preferred).
• Language Skills: Excellent command of Japanese, with business-level reading and writing proficiency in English (essential).
• Teamwork: A strong team player, capable of collaborating with various internal departments and handling unexpected/urgent matters flexibly.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, or possessing bookkeeping/accounting certifications (e.g., Boki).
• Experience working in multinational corporations.
• Proficiency in Chinese.
• Note: Ability to travel to Taiwan for short-term training.

Working Conditions

1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 　(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
3.
