JASM - Finance - Head of Insurance (5860)
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
The candidate will supervise daily operation of property and casualty insurance related matters under the finance director/manager with responsibilities including:
- Conduct policies placement and benchmarking analyses
- Process insurance claims with the ability to liaise with multiple counterparts to define scope, track progress, handle any issues that arise, and deliver results
- Advise internal customers on insurance planning
- Co-work with HQ colleagues to align interest in policies
- Prepare underwriting information and participate in risk modeling
- Coordinate internal resources for risk management survey and audits
- Design and review insurance related policies and procedures

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Engineering, Legal or Insurance with excellent Japanese and conversation level of English or Mandarin
- Proven ability to work independently with minimum 8-year working experiences in insurance related field; proven experience in client facing or project coordinating is a plus
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and team player
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational company is preferred.
- Work location: Kumamoto, short term travel to Taiwan for training may be required.

- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
