JASM - Finance - Senior Financial Analyst (5406)

 Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

The candidate will be placed under the finance function with responsibilities including:

• Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts.
• Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
• Exploring different investment opportunities.
• Analyzing current and historical financial data.
• Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments.
• Forecasting of mid and long-term funding and hedging requirements.
• Interacting with investor, government, and bank clients and negotiating business agreements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiative and projects.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Handle special projects assigned and collaborate with corresponding teams.

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related major is required.
• 5+ years of working experience in a corporate finance setting.
• Experience in financial forecasting and trend analytics.
• Self-motivated with an innately curious personality and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent Japanese language proficiency
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with good oral and written ability in either English or Mandarin.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs) are preferred.
• MBA or a Master’s in finance is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Working Conditions

1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 　(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
