Total Reward Specialist

 

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  • Plan and Implement total reward policies, procedures and solutions.
  • Work closely with Total Reward team in HQ to implement corporate Compensation and Benefit, related projects and initiatives.

(Scope of change)

  • There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education requirement – BCH degree or above.
  • 3 years above of Compensation and Benefit related experience or experience with Compensation and Benefit implementation as HR Generalist.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Possess knowledge of compensation planning, benefit, time & attendance systems, Japan legal requirement/ regulation and payroll regulations.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working experience in localization of Compensation and Benefit and mobility practice is preferred
  • English or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Business level of Japanese or above.


Working Conditions

  • Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company

  • Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
