JASM - HR - HRIS & Digital Specialist (5099)
Summary
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the JASM’s HR information system (HRIS) and other Digital HR systems to support HR operations and decision-making. This role will require experience in time and attendance (T&A) and payroll systems.
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Admin work for HR related systems including maintenance, configuration changes, testing, troubleshooting
- Collaborate with TSMC, JASM HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and implement changes
- Understand and Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Analyze HR data based on various business requirements and provide reports to support HR-related decision making
(Scope of change)
- There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand the business side of an issue and accurately communicate it to the IT department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business level of Japanese
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Core HR system experience (Company, Success Factors, People Soft)
- 3+ years of experience in Time & Attendance systems, Payroll, understanding of HR procedures from on boarding to exit, experience in HR operations including workforce planning, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Talent & Performance, and Compensation
- HR, IT, Consulting experience in multinational company is preferred
- Business level of English
- Mandarin is a plus

- Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
