JASM - HR specialist (Mobility & ESG) (7278)

HR specialist take both responsibilities of Mobility role (Approx. 70%) and ESG role (Approx. 30%) as follows.

Job Responsibilities

Mobility specialist drives the company's international assignment and relocation processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

1. Manage daily operations of end-to-end relocation for International Assignment, whilst ensuring in compliance with global tax, social security, and immigration regulations.

2. Act as first point of contact for stakeholders at all levels (HR / Business / Assignees) to consult mobility-related questions.

3. Identify, review, and improve existing mobility operation process to drive best solutions and drive efficiency / effectiveness for stakeholders.

4. Collaborate with relocation vendors / HQ HR to drive successful employee communication on relocation.

 

ESG Coordinator requires direct interaction with HQ ESG coordinators and action owners within JASM to support ESG-related initiatives and coordination.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional ESG teams within JASM, by holding regular meeting to make sure all the initiatives meet the purpose and bring impact.

2. Support the development of ESG initiatives to promote sustainability awareness and influence stakeholder behavior.

3. Assist in ESG data collection, reporting, and performance tracking in line with global standards.

 

Job Qualifications

1. Excellent communication skills and be able to share information among different stakeholders on a clear and timely manner

3. Able to handle sensitive and stressful situations

4. Able to seek improvement in current process and challenge status quo

5. Language: Business level in Japanese. Plus, Business level in either Chinese or English

6. Bachelor's Degree

・ Reassignment may occur to all tasks as defined by the company.

Workdays/Hours:
・ 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
