JASM - Human Resources - Organizational Development Specialist (4967)
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Designing and implementing a variety of organizaiton developmental initiatives,action plans,programs, and training design.
- Contributing to the restructuring of organization to increase efficiency and align activities with stakeholders
- Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to managers.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an organizational development specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills in English/Japanese
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Superb analytical and time-management skills.
- Education requirement – Bachelor degree + in Business related field.
- Experience working in a project management and operations capacity.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience at manufacturing site of international companies is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
