JASM - Human Resources - Organizational Development Specialist (4967)

Responsibilities

（Immediately after hiring)

• Designing and implementing a variety of organizaiton developmental initiatives,action plans,programs, and training design.
• Contributing to the restructuring of organization to increase efficiency and align activities with stakeholders
• Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
• Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to managers.

(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as an organizational development specialist.
• Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills in English/Japanese
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Superb analytical and time-management skills.
• Education requirement – Bachelor degree + in Business related field.
• Experience working in a project management and operations capacity.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience at manufacturing site of international companies is preferred.

Working Conditions

1. Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 　(Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
3.
