JASM - Human Resources - Organizational Planning & Development Training (5934)

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  • Assist the company in preparing training plans;
  • Formulate and implement special training plans;
  • Develop training topics, prepare training materials, and write training lesson plans;
  • Track changes in the external training market, explore and utilize external training resources;
  • Design training courses, develop new courses, and teach training courses;
  • Design training forms and methods;
  • Design a training evaluation system and organize or assist in evaluating training results

   (Scope of change)  

  • There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Majored in human resources, management and psychology related fields.
  • Have extensive teaching and course development experience over 5 years, including but not limited to educational psychology, human resource management, training curriculum design, etc.
  • Understanding of human resource management expertise and related policies & regulations, familiar with the company management system and talent development program, training system construction and related experience.
  • Strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
  • Proficient in using computer and Office software (strong excel skills).
  • Hard-working, research-minded, rooted and mission-critical; willing and happy to take on different business challenges and exposure to different domains.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills; excellent logical thinking, ability to drive impact, analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong curiosity and learning ability; open minded and logical; good stress tolerance and willing to accept new tasks/challenges.
  • Have clear personal goals and career planning; strong affinity, empathy and professionalism; integrity, honesty and commitment.

 

 

Working Conditions

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
