JASM - Human Resources - Senior HRIS & Digital Specialist (5099)

Summary

The Sr. HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the JASM’s HR information system (HRIS) and other Digital HR systems to support HR operations and decision-making. This role will require experience in time and attendance (T&A) and payroll systems.

 

 

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS and other Digital HR systems
  • Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Collaborate with TSMC HQ, JASM HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and implement changes
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on systems usage and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Analyze HR data and provide reports to support HR decision-making
  • Manage T&A and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in T&A, Payroll management
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Core HR system experience is a plus
  • Multinational companies(MNCs) HR, IT, consulting experience is a plus
  • Mandarin is a plus

 

 

Working Conditions

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
