JASM - Human Resources- Senior Recruiter(Mid Career)(5081)
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead all JASM's mid career and On-boarding life cycles
- Review of candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide recommendations on search approaches.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and determine who to move forward in recruitment process.
- Partner with HQ HR in people deployment support (e.g., overseas transfer/overseas assignment management).
- Responsible for organization and personnel change and staffing related projects.
- Play the role as a local process owner to facilitate annual events and streamline daily processes, including workforce planning & management, newcomer probation, PMD, and promotion processes.
- Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans to find appropriate candidates, and engage with talent communities using various media channels.
- Compare candidate skills with position requirements to determine if they are a match.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and drive candidate acceptance.
- Adhere to regulations and provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities.
- Continuously build talent pipelines and recommend solutions to search difficulties.
- Support Campus recruitment team(internal and external events, interviews and etc.,)
Minimum Qualifications
- HR 8-10 yrs including corp HR experience and at least 5 years in mid-career and manager Recruitment.
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices related to talent acquisition.
- Ability to learn systems, processes, PMP, and HR domains to generate insights, solutions and recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible for changes, quick learner, team player with high EQ.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and command of English and Japanese. Japanese- Native or Business level (N1 or above).
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience is plus
- Data analysis capability& fluent in Mandarin is a huge plus.
- Major in Human Resource, Psychology, or Business-related fields is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
