JASM - Human Resources - Total Reward Specialist (5720)
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Design and develop total reward policies, procedures and solutions.
- Comply with company internal control regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with Total Reward in HQ to implement corporate C&B, Mobility related projects and initiatives.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education requirement – BCH degree+ in Business or HR related field.
- 5 years above of C&B related experience.
- Business level of Japanese or above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application including intermediate Excel skills.
- Possess knowledge of compensation panning, benefit, mobility, time & attendance systems, Japan employment laws and payroll regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in localization of compensation and benefit and mobility practice is preferred.
- Willing to improve listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English.
Working Conditions
- Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
