Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. (JASM) is a subsidiary established in Kumamoto Prefecture. TSMC is a majority shareholder of JASM, whereas Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Denso Corporation, and Toyota Motor Corporation are minority shareholders. JASM is TSMC's first manufacturing facility in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was established to meet the strong global demand for semiconductors. By supporting our customers with the highest standard of specialty semiconductor technologies, JASM works to promote innovation in all Japanese industrial sectors, including automotive and image sensors, and thereby contribute to the revitalization of the Japanese economy.
(Upon Hiring)
・ Support all aspects of corporate information security (CIS) operations at JASM.
・ Perform daily tasks related to data protection (e.g., resolving issues, conducting external and internal audits, providing training, raising awareness of data protection, and conducting compliance checks).
・ Collaborate with the physical security team, including security guards, to implement TSMC's PIP (Protecting Information Policy).
・ Maintain data protection platforms and mechanisms at JASM to ensure effective implementation of data protection measures.
・ Execute strategies and programs to prevent unauthorized access and information leaks.
・ Work closely with HR, Legal, and IT departments to conduct on-site investigations and management based on corporate data protection policies.
・ Coordinate with in-house attorneys to promote the achievement of corporate information security goals. Act as the liaison between JASM and TSMC Taiwan headquarters PIPD.
・ Verify compliance with information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines based on industry standards such as ISO27001 and ISO15408, as well as business requirements.
・ Lead programs aimed at improving data protection and physical security measures.
・ Assess information security issues, concerns, and potential threats, and propose cost-effective improvement measures while advising internal teams.
・ Organize training programs, workshops, and awareness events to enhance information security awareness.
・ Evaluate compliance with information security policies, procedures, and practices.
・ Investigate and manage responses to cases of data protection violations.
・ Perform tasks as directed by supervisors as needed.

Required Qualifications
・ Deep understanding of information security and excellent skills in risk assessment and project management.
・ Holding relevant information security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CIPP is preferred.
・ Strong communication skills and change management abilities, capable of collaborating with partners across various internal and external departments.
・ Ability to analyze information in detail while maintaining an overall focus on objectives.
・ Cooperative and motivated to work independently.
・ Possesses the ability to make independent decisions, act proactively, learn new concepts quickly, and respond promptly to tasks.
・ Always respects others' opinions and maintains a humble attitude in all circumstances while performing duties.
・ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly:
・ Data Analysis: Aggregating and analyzing data using Excel and leveraging functions.
・ Presentation Creation: Creating effective presentation materials using PowerPoint.
・ Document Preparation: Preparing accurate and efficient reports and formatting documents using Word.
・ University graduate (preferably in IT-related fields).
・ Japanese: Native level, English: Business level.
・ At least 3 years of work experience in the field of information security.
・ At least 2 years of work experience in Japan.
Preferred Qualifications
・ Information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) are preferred.
・ Proficiency in Chinese / Taiwanese language.
・ Work experience in a foreign company (especially in the manufacturing industry) is preferred.Employment Conditions

2. Working Hours: 8:30~17:30
