Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc. (JASM) is a subsidiary established in Kumamoto Prefecture. TSMC is a majority shareholder of JASM, whereas Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Denso Corporation, and Toyota Motor Corporation are minority shareholders. JASM is TSMC's first manufacturing facility in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was established to meet the strong global demand for semiconductors. By supporting our customers with the highest standard of specialty semiconductor technologies, JASM works to promote innovation in all Japanese industrial sectors, including automotive and image sensors, and thereby contribute to the revitalization of the Japanese economy. 

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Conducting warehouse inventory counts and verification.
  2. Tracking and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various departments.
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving system errors and issues to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Extracting data from Excel reports to track progress with various sponsors.
  5. Assisting with and facilitating dock operations.
  6. Managing spare parts and inventory.
  7. Preparing and consolidating reports and charts for management review.
  8. Rapidly communicating and problem-solving in Chinese, Japanese, and English (may include interpretation or translation tasks).

    Working Hours
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
    Weekend on-call duty and overtime work may be required based on operational needs.

 

Working Conditions
1. Location: (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Hours: 8:30~17:30
3. Holidays/Vacations: Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays / GW vacation, Year-end and New Year vacations *Follows the vacation regulations according to the company calendar
