JASM - Quality & Reliability - Chemical Analysis Manager
Chemical Analysis Manager is responsible for lab smooth operation and co-work/communication with facility/module/PID.
Lab operation includes transferring HQ tsmc mindset into jasm and guarantee the data quality.
Will oversees and coordinates all activities related to chemical analysis within a laboratory or manufacturing environment to ensuring the quality,
accuracy, and reliability of chemical analysis results to support decision-making and meet business objectives.
And manage a team of chemists or analysts who perform chemical testing and analysis on various substances, materials, or products.
Responsibilities
（Immediately after hiring)
- Setup chemical analysis methodology for Fab environment and raw materials quality control.
- Incoming materials, raw materials local vendor qualification and audit.
- Chemical expert for Fab event prevention, root cause clarification, trouble shooting and CIP.
- Develop advanced analytic technology to fulfil the new generation requirement.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
1.Master or above. Major in the chemical or material related field.
2.Experiences in chemical analysis method development. With experiences in semi-conductor industry is a plus.
3.Have more than 8 year of chemical operation or laboratory experience (Including academia or training institutions)
4.Good project management skills.
5.Fluent in English.

Working Conditions
1.Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30
