JASM - Quality & Reliability - Manufacturing Quality and Reliability Engineer (5702)
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Define DPPM target of cutting-edge technology and reduce DPPM through Continuous Improvement Process
- Perform Product reliability risk assessment for fab event handling (CP, DVS, Baking, HTOL etc.)
- Execute Technical and analytical problem solving, using a structured methodology (PDCA, 8D, especially 3Leg/5Why, and KT)
- Evaluate Engineering Change impact on product Quality and Reliability
- Review Engineering Changes to ensure procedures are followed and Quality and Reliability criteria are met

Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Reliability, or a related field
- +3yrs of experience in semiconductor quality and reliability, integration, or product engineering is a plus
- Familiar with 4082 / MPPT / 4156 machine, especially with the programming of Excel VBA, Python code is preferred
- Experience with process reliability, e.g. TDDB, HCI, BTI, EM and SM etc.
- Good communication & collaboration to internal organizations and external customer engagements and Turnkey service
- Self-motivated and handle pressure well under fast paced environment
- Multi-tasker and fast learner

Working Conditions
1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
