[Summer 2025] Public Relations Intern

TSMC Arizona is looking for a Summer 2025 Public Relations (P.R) intern to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a Public Relations Intern, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.

TSMC Arizona’s Public Relations Department is responsible

Building positive public awareness of the company and 1) our role in the semiconductor industry and how it contributes meaningfully to the city/state/US, 2) our commitment to community giving and support, 3) our efforts to be a responsible and green manufacturer, and 4) why TSMC Arizona great place to work and build a career.

What you will learn & how you will contribute:

• You will learn how to align messages to external target audiences and write copy and curate visual assets for press pitches and online digital platforms (web, social media)
• You will learn the various ways to communicate with employees and develop/write different types communications (partnering with employee communications)
• You will learn how to organize employee community volunteer activities working with the TSMC AZ ESG committee.
• You will learn how external PR and communications agencies support their client’s public relations goals and work with TSMC Arizona’s agencies on press plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university, in one of the following degree programs:
  • Bachelors degree in the following fields: Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at our Phoenix location from:
  • Semester system: May 19th, 2025 – August 1st, 2025
  • Quarter system: June 16th, 2025 – August 29th, 2025
• Strong writing skills, digital content creation, knowledge of news media, knowledge of social media, project management skills, team collaboration
• Strong communication, computer, presentation, listening, working with others needed to contribute to the team and TSMC Arizona’s culture.
