Manager, Tool Installation Engineering

CST Manager:

As Manager of Tool Installation Engineering your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Accountable for all aspects of the leadership and management of the project team.
  • Schedule, plan, conduct team meetings and project meetings.
  • Coordinate and ensuring project and report quality and timely delivery.
  • Essential knowledge or work experience with gas/chemical/electricity hookup installation for semiconductor tools.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders including, internal cross dep. sponsors, suppliers, contractors, senior leadership, and project owners.
  • Develop benchmarks and frameworks to monitor project progress, risks, and change; and take corrective or proactive steps when necessary
  • Act as an advocate for business process improvements; and engineer solutions for business problems related to the project while meeting objectives

Education:

  • Bachelors degree required, Engineering or related programs
  • Masters degree is preferred, yet not a requirement.
  • Managed tool installation projects, or management in tool installation projects
  • 8+ years of experince in tool installation
