TSMC Arizona is looking for an experienced candidate to join our company, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. TSMC Arizona's employee service team, which is part of the HR operations department, is responsible for delivering high-quality services to employees by ensuring vendor management/accountability, inventory management, quality control, compliance management, and menu planning and pricing. This food services administer will oversee the operations of the company cafeteria and break rooms and maintain the smooth running of the various dining spaces for employees.

 

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Administer the maintenance of the on-site employee cafeteria, breakrooms and other general employee service programs.
  • Communicate with and manage vendors to meet expected contractual obligations.
  • Responsible for all existing and new contracts, invoice accuracy, timely payments, and budget control.
  • Define company standards, SOPs and measure supplier’s performance through KPIs and ensure vendor accountability.
  • Review employee feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with vendors to enhance the quality of employee services.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, Finance, Legal, Procurement, PUSD and Operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in managing vendors, procurement, or employee food services management.
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management, Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication is essential. The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Negotiation skills with vendors are also required.
