AZ-QR Department Assistant

TSMC Arizona is looking for an AZ-QR Department Assistant to join our new 5-nanometer fab, located in Northern Phoenix, Arizona. In this position you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability, enthusiasm, organization, communication, and possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.  This position involves working in an office-based and manufacturing floor capacity, in an administration environment.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing scheduling tasks, administrative support for team/staff meetings, meeting notes, and documenting follow-up action
• Responsible for logistics of department supply to include office and production equipment inventory
• Support budget, purchase orders and purchase request processes
• Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and arranging events for the division
• Other duties as business needs dictate
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

• Associate degree or above in related field
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), TEAMS and other conferencing software
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, manage time, and multi-task
• Be able to communicate courteously, effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
• Self-starter with the ability to work without frequent direct supervision
• Be a strong verbal and written communicator and customer service oriented
